Craig Farrugia worked side by side with the clients of this property to design a luxurious and contemporary 5-bedroom home on a sloping block. The clients' vision was to transform an original fibro cottage in Terrigal into a luxurious, light-filled space with real wow factor. The facade was well thought out to ensure maximum street appeal while the interior spaces were designed with entertaining in mind to ensure the guests' frequent friends and family could be happily entertained.
The design includes a spacious entertaining area with a beautiful, elevated container pool on the deck as well as a self-contained secondary dwelling featuring two bedrooms and its own private outdoor oasis. The end result is a naturally lit haven with multiple living areas and options in the heart of Terrigal. The building also complements the natural landscapes.
